This is one of my favorite quotes, and one that I refer to frequently through the process of committing and then re-committing myself again to a healthy habit. Change is inevitable if you allow it. Change is within our reach and gives us the ability to build healthy habits. All we need is some discipline and a deep desire to change our current state.

Knowledge is the power that can have a positive influence on healthy habits; so it is essential to equip yourself with the necessary tools that will lead you to a healthier lifestyle.

It’s important to be able to see the visual of your commitment. This is why writing your goals down is so crucial to your success! Write down everything you need in order to reach your goals. These are the stepping stones you will use to get there. You are not going to get anywhere new, or experience change if you don’t first lay the stepping stones to follow. Your words are powerful when you start to write them down. They become real. They keep you accountable.

Simply put, they help you get it done.

How do you expect to achieve your goals if you never leave your comfort zone? Achieving a goal is not just about what you do, it’s about what you imagine yourself doing.

So back to the importance of committing. Unless you are fully committed to something,whatever your something is, you will have a very slim chance of turning any of your goals into a reality. When you commit, you cultivate an increase in your focus, the ability to latch onto arising opportunities, you begin to find your purpose, and you manifest your desires into reality.
